Bisto Chicken Bouillon Paste 1 kg is a hearty and flavourful chicken stock base ideal for boosting savoury dishes with depth and richness. It contains real chicken fat (about 12%) and chicken powder (about 2%), ensuring an authentic poultry taste. Blended with hearty seasonings like garlic, onion, sage, and various spices, plus vegetable oils, this paste dissolves easily into boiling water or can be stirred directly into gravies, stews, sauces, and casseroles for full-bodied chicken flavour.
The paste is made from potato starch, salt, maltodextrin, flavourings (which contain celery), chicken fat (12 %), vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, palm), sugar, chicken powder (2 %) (which includes chicken and antioxidant E392), colour (E150c), spices, acidifier (E363), garlic powder, onion powder, and sage.In terms of allergens, the product contains celery; it does not contain gluten (as declared), nor does it contain eggs, milk, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lupin, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, or soya.
