The mix includes sugar, modified starch, palm oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder, inulin, gelling agents (diphosphates, sodium phosphates, carrageenan), emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; lecithins), milk chocolate powder (≈2%) (which itself contains sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder), lactose (milk), milk proteins, colours (plain caramel, carotenes), whey powder (milk), calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), and flavouring. As for allergens: it contains milk (in several forms: milk chocolate powder, milk powders, milk proteins, lactose, whey), and it may contain soya and wheat as possible cross-contaminants.
