The Cadbury Double Decker Chocolate Bar 54.5g is made with a delicious combination of ingredients that create its signature dual-layered texture. It contains sugar, glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, and a blend of vegetable fats (palm, shea, sunflower, and rapeseed). The bar also includes wheat flour fortified with calcium, iron, niacin, and thiamin, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey permeate powder and whey powder (both from milk), fat-reduced cocoa powder, and milk fat. To enhance its texture and flavor, it also contains emulsifiers (E442, E471, soya and sunflower lecithins), dried egg white, flavourings, anti-caking agent (calcium carbonate), salt, barley malt extract, and a raising agent (E503). The milk chocolate used contains a minimum of 14% milk solids and includes vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter.
