The cookies are made from wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, and thiamin), sustainable palm oil, sugar, dark chocolate chips (16%) composed of sugar, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (sustainable palm, sal, shea), cocoa butter, and soya lecithin as an emulsifier. Other ingredients include whey or whey derivatives (milk), partially inverted sugar syrup, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate), salt, and flavorings. ​
