Angel Delight Strawberry Flavour 600 g is a large-format dessert mix designed especially for catering, bulk use, or families. When prepared, it produces a light, fluffy, mousse-like dessert with a smooth, creamy texture and a sweet, fruity strawberry flavour. The pack yields about 40 portions when whisked up with semi-skimmed milk. It’s gluten-free, contains no artificial colours, has no added preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.
The dessert mix contains sugar; skimmed milk powder; modified starch; maltodextrin; palm oil; gelling agents (diphosphates, sodium phosphates); emulsifiers (propylene glycol esters of fatty acids; lecithins); lactose (milk); milk proteins; calcium carbonate; whey powder (milk); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); colours (beetroot red, carotenes); and flavouring.
