Ben’s Original Rice Ready to Heat Basmati 220g Made with carefully selected basmati rice, this pouch provides fragrant, long, slender grains with a naturally aromatic flavour. Light and fluffy in texture, it makes an ideal companion to curries, stir-fries, and other savoury dishes. The rice is pre-cooked and ready in two minutes, giving the authentic basmati experience with minimal preparation.
This product is made up of steamed basmati rice (≈ 98%) with a small amount of sunflower oil to help with texture and prevent sticking. There are no flavourings, spices or meat ingredients in the plain basmati variety. According to the label, the allergens are minimal: apart from the base ingredients, it may contain soy (from additives like soy lecithin in some versions).
