Lotus Biscoff Crunchy Spread is made from the famous caramelised Lotus Biscoff biscuits, blended into a creamy spread with added crunchy biscuit pieces for extra texture. It has a deep caramelised flavour with a hint of cinnamon, making it an indulgent option for spreading on bread, pancakes, or using as a baking ingredient. It is suitable for vegetarians and free from artificial colours and flavours.
The crunchy spread is made from 58% Lotus Biscoff biscuits, which contain wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, soy flour, caramelised sugar syrup, raising agent, and cinnamon. Added oils, sugar, and emulsifiers are used to create the spread, with extra biscuit pieces for crunch. The main allergens present are wheat (gluten) and soy. It may also contain traces of milk.
