The smooth version of the iconic spread, Lotus Biscoff Spread is made with finely crushed Lotus biscuits, giving it a creamy and velvety texture. With its signature caramelised taste, it’s versatile as a spread, dip, or ingredient for cakes, milkshakes, and desserts. Like the crunchy version, it is free from artificial additives and suitable for vegetarians.
The smooth version of the spread contains 58% Lotus Biscoff biscuits, made with wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, soy flour, caramelised sugar syrup, raising agent, and cinnamon. Blended with added oils, sugar, and emulsifiers, it achieves its creamy texture. The allergens include wheat (gluten) and soy, with possible traces of milk.
