Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning is made from a blend of sugar, salt, garlic granules (about 15 %), dried chillies (about 10 %), dried red bell peppers, paprika, and acidulant (citric acid). Also included are colourings (paprika extract), antioxidant (rosemary extracts), flavourings, anti-caking agents like calcium silicate and silicon dioxide, and a bit of sunflower oil to help with texture and prevent clumping.As for allergens, the product is declared allergen-free in terms of the common allergens (e.g. no gluten, no dairy, no nuts, etc.).However, as with all seasoning blends, there may be a risk of cross-contamination, so people very sensitive to allergens should check the label on the specific pack they have.
